M. Mishustin: Alexander Valentinovich (referring to A. Novak), I also want you to inform your colleagues about the situation, including with gasoline prices, and in general for supervised directions. Please.
A. Novak: Dear Mikhail Vladimirovich! Dear Colleagues!
Last weekend, the fuel and energy complex of the Russian Federation worked as normal. There were no major technological disruptions that could significantly affect the operation of the fuel and energy complex.
No accidents were recorded in the Rostov, Lipetsk and Tula regions. In the Voronezh region, four technological violations were recorded in the electric power industry, which resulted in a disruption in the power supply of 1,800 people. During the day, work was restored and consumers received power.
Also in the Voronezh region there was one technological violation in the oil industry – this is a fire at the base of the Krasnoye Znamya plant Rosrezerv. This fire was eliminated within a day and also did not affect the energy supply and oil products in any way.
All needs for oil products are met in full. Over the weekend there was an increase in demand for filling stations in the southern regions, especially in the Rostov region. At the same time, gas stations were fully provided with all oil products. There were no interruptions in supply. Prices are also stable. Today we will continue monitoring and work in this direction. Inventories of petroleum products exceed 15 days, which corresponds to the average multi-year values for this period.
As for the production of basic energy products – these are oil products, coal, oil and gas production, – everything also corresponds to the planned tasks. Measures were taken to strengthen the anti-terrorist protection of fuel and energy facilities. Enhanced throughput on weekends. The staff on duty was transferred to round-the-clock operation. Organized interaction with operational services, as well as officials of the fuel and energy complex organizations on staff at the Ministry of Energy and authorized to address these security issues.
Also these days, we paid special attention to strengthening the security of the critical information infrastructure.
In general, I want to say again that everything was in normal mode. The fuel and energy complex continues to work. Getting ready for the fall/winter season. The necessary supplies are being accumulated, the necessary repairs are being carried out.
