Andrei Removich spoke briefly, but I would like you to also touch upon the issues that we discussed with you on Saturday and Sunday, – through trade networks. You have the floor.

D. Manturov: Dear Mikhail Vladimirovich! Dear Colleagues!

Industrial and trade enterprises worked smoothly over the past weekend. Despite the emergency nature of the situation, no incidents were allowed. To coordinate the solution of all emerging issues, an operational headquarters was organized on the basis of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. Heads of 10 regions of the southern direction, key enterprises, large and medium retail chains took part in its work remotely.

In terms of civilian industrial facilities and enterprises of the military-industrial complex, the emphasis was made to provide enhanced security measures. Under special control, with the involvement of the forces of the Russian Guard, they took organizations whose activities are associated with the risks of man-made accidents. Evacuation teams were prepared in case the situation escalated.

With regard to trade objects, the key task was their uninterrupted supply of essential goods. At the moment, we recorded an increased demand for certain groups of goods, in particular, this concerned the Rostov region, Rostov directly and the Voronezh region.

We advised our colleagues not to resort to sales restrictions. We already have experience in this area. There was no need for this, since our chains have been constantly holding multi-day stocks of socially significant goods since the beginning of the pandemic.

We worked out routes for the delivery of products from large distribution centers with the regions . I would like to note the effective work on the ground. In conditions of road blocking, it was possible to quickly rebuild alternative logistics. But these new routes were, in fact, for safety net, we did not have to use them.

Now all the work on my block has been transferred to normal mode.
