The Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Industry and Trade do not want to participate in the development of a state program to improve energy efficiency under the auspices of the Ministry of Economy. According to these ministries, the proposed measures duplicate existing strategic documents. The Ministry of Energy proposes to revise the goals of the state program, taking into account the sanctions and "a change in priorities towards energy security." Analysts estimate the cost of the state program at 20 trillion rubles. until 2035, but they fear that due to the loss of interest of line ministries, it will turn into a formal document without financial support.
“Ъ” managed to get acquainted with the minutes of the meeting of the State Council working group on the topic of energy efficiency dated April 18. According to the document, the Ministry of Energy, The Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Industry and Trade oppose the development of sectoral federal projects (FP) as part of the state program to improve the energy efficiency of the Russian Federation until 2035.
