Rosneft opens the School of Chief Project Engineers

«TomskNIPIneft» (part of the scientific block of "Rosneft"), together with a partner university - the National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University - opens an educational program for professional retraining "School of Chief Project Engineers (CEOs)". The program covers the entire life cycle of projects in the oil and gas sector and has no analogues in Russia.
Today, such training programs for industry specialists have a narrow specialization, while in practice, managers who are faced with the tasks of developing and developing fields need expert knowledge in the field of economics, business communications, design and modeling, survey work and other related areas. Previously, these skills had to be mastered additionally in the process of studying in several different courses.
The modular approach of the new program will allow you to focus on each topic in detail and study its issues comprehensively. The main educational blocks include: conceptual design and review of best practices, principles and methods of project management, specifics of design and survey work, construction of pipelines, capital and energy facilities, security systems, field automation, etc. Based on the results of the training, a graduation project is envisaged. Those who successfully complete the program are awarded a diploma.
