Thus, Alexander Ushkov, First Vice President of Gazprombank, who became a speaker at the round table "Industrial zones and technoparks", spoke about the Bank's experience in financing a technopolis "Khimgrad" in Kazan. The bank entered the project in 2011. Thus, residents get the opportunity to save on the necessary infrastructure, receive tax benefits and interact productively with each other. The project at one time was included in the state program for the creation of technoparks in the country in the IT sector.
« The experience of the team from Tatarstan was successfully replicated in the creation of two key technology parks in Uzbekistan – "Chirchik" and «Jizzakh». The first was opened last year and is intended for chemical, energy and machine-building enterprises with roots in Russia. Second – was launched literally on the eve of INNOPROM and has a focus on localizing the production of foreign companies. I am sure that both of these formats will take root and will be able to become a strong base for creating effective new industries in the country, – summed up Alexander Ushkov, First Vice President of the Bank.
“Today, in addition to traditional loan products, such as project financing, leasing, and factoring, Gazprombank has implemented a whole range of services and solutions, allowing companies in the oil and gas industry and other basic sectors of the economy to effectively manage investment projects, maintaining a high level of technological development, – noted during his speech at the special session "International technological partnerships in the fuel and energy complex (FEC)" Executive Vice President – Oleg Melnikov, Head of the Department for Banking Contract Support of the Bank. – In this regard, banking support for contracts – a very popular product.
