Evgeny Muratov appointed Vice President of JSC "Rosgeo"

Muratov Evgeny Vyacheslavovich RosgeoEvgeny Muratov, former director of the department of the Department of Machine Tool Building and Investment Machine Building of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, has been appointed Vice – President, Director of the Center for the Development of Import Substitution of Rosgeo JSC.
Muratov Evgeny Vladislavovich was engaged in Gazprom Complete supplies of imported equipment for the gas industry, after which he moved to the position of head of the department of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. Soon he was appointed deputy director, and then director of the department of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. After leaving the ministry, Muratov was engaged in business (observers associate the St. Petersburg company "Siriusintekh") with him, after which moved to Rosgeologia.

At the end of last year, Lenpravda "ran over" against the head of Rosgeo, accusing him of the failure of import substitution. Experts note that the creation of the Center for the Development of Import Substitution of Rosgeo JSC connected with an attempt to establish cooperation with Russian equipment suppliers. After his appointment, Evgeny Muratov actively took up the development of cooperation with the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Vice President of JSC "Rosgeo" Evgeny Muratov spoke about the results of a survey on the most import-dependent areas of exploration. The strongest dependence is in marine seismic (23%), followed by drilling (20%), magnetic survey (17%), onshore seismic (15%), electrical survey (13%), laboratory work (12%).
