Manufacturers of equipment for the fuel and energy complex are planning a decline in production. At the same time, the defense order is growing, so private civilian factories could help the Motherland and save jobs. What hinders this process? The experts tried to answer this question. The following factors can be identified in the unwillingness to engage in state defense orders.

1. Profit rationing. Enterprises complain about the lack of a market approach, they have to collect a lot of paperwork with justification of costs. In addition, the presence of correspondent accounts and financial audits significantly complicates the work.
