Denis Manturov and Viktor Evtukhov are no longer holders of the Order of Italy

The President of Italy Sergio Mattarella deprived the state awards to the head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia Denis Manturov and his deputy Viktor Evtukhov. Minister Manturov was a holder of the Grand Cross of the "Order of the Star of Italy", and his deputy Yevtukhov was simply a knight "Order of the Star of Italy". Denis Manturov was awarded the Grand Cross in May 2020, and Viktor Evtukhov just became a Cavalier in December 2021.
