NOSTROY and NOPRIZ will create a single register of construction companies

In Russia there will be a unified register of construction companies – members of self-regulatory organizations (SROs). It will simplify the search for designers and builders for the construction, reconstruction and overhaul of buildings.

A resolution that approves the rules for the formation and maintenance of such a register, as well as the composition of the information included in it , signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

Until now, the choice of a contractor has been difficult due to insufficient or fragmented information provided in the registers, conducted by each SRO separately. Now this can be done on a single information resource. The National Association of Builders (NOSTROY) and the National Association of Surveyors and Designers (NOPRIZ), which unite all construction self-regulatory organizations, will be responsible for its creation and development.

Self-regulatory organizations appeared in Russia after the state in 2009-2010 stopped issuing licenses confirming the qualifications of builders. The same associations are responsible, among other things, for the payment of compensation to customers affected by unskilled work performed by developers, designers and surveyors.
