The basic department of "Rosneft" prepares oil and gas suppliers

At the base department of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas (NRU) named after I.M. Gubkin "Management of the supply system in the oil and gas complex" (created with the support of Rosneft Oil Company) On June 20, 2022, the acceptance of documents for admission to the master's program will start. Term of study – 2.5 years. The modular training format involves 2 weeks of full-time study per semester (including the examination session), as well as independent work with the possibility of remote interaction with teachers. This format allows undergraduates to successfully combine study with work in any region of our country.
The purpose of the program is to train highly qualified specialists in the field of supplying the oil and gas industry. Heads and experts of the Procurement Service of PJSC NK Rosneft, who have extensive experience in the field of procurement, implementation of best practices and implementation of international projects, as well as leading industry and international experts are involved in the training of undergraduates.

The first admission to the master's program took place in 2018, and the first issue of specialists – in 2020. The best graduates of the program work in the structure of Rosneft and implement the key procedures of the Purchasing Service:
communication with manufacturers/distributors/dealers to form technical and qualification requirements for a certain type of material and technical resources;
control, adjustment of the procurement documentation package and organization of the procurement procedure;
selection and evaluation of applications from procurement participants;
conducting qualification, technical and commercial negotiations with procurement participants;
participation in the development and adjustment of the procurement/category strategy.
