Energy company Fortum leaves Russia

Finnish energy company Fortum has said it will exit the Russian market. The company also stressed that it will stop using its brand in Russia and will consider selling its daughter — "Fortuma". Previously, Fortum stopped all new investment projects in Russia.
In Russia, Fortum owns 98.23% in Fortum; and about 30% in TGK-1 (the main shareholder of «Gazprom Energoholding»). The Finnish corporation also has a 73.4% stake in the German Uniper, which owns 83.73% of the energy company Unipro. "Fortum" and "Unipro" Russia owns 12 power plants with a capacity of 15.5 GW.
