Dmitry Semenov headed the Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Energy of Russia

By order of the Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation Nikolai Shulginov, Dmitry Semyonov was appointed Director of the Department of International Cooperation.
Dmitry Semyonov graduated from the faculty and master's degree in international relations at MGIMO (University) of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
Since 2004 and from 2020 to 2022 . worked in various positions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia.
From 2018 to 2020, he held the position of Deputy Director of the Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Energy of Russia.
