Mitrova Tatyana Alekseevna, Associate Professor of the Department of System Analysis of Energy Markets, Faculty of Economics and Management, Russian State University of Oil and Gas (NRU) named after I.M. Gubkin;
Leonid Viktorovich Mikhelson, Chairman of the Management Board of PAO NOVATEK;
Alexander Egorovich Natalenko, Honored Geologist of Russia, Laureate of the State Prize of the Russian Federation;

At the meeting, the Board of Directors elected A.E. Natalenko as Chairman of the Board and formed Committees of the Board of Directors.
