VEB.RF wants to give the right of external management of companies leaving the country

The State Development Corporation VEB.RF or another organization proposed by the interdepartmental commission under the Ministry of Economic Development and agreed with the head of the subject of the Russian Federation may be appointed by a court decision as the external administration of the company that announced its withdrawal from Russian market. This follows from the bill introduced on Tuesday by United Russia deputies on the external management of foreign companies.
