Petr Bobylev appointed director of the coal industry department

By order of the Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation Nikolai Shulginov, Pyotr Bobyleva was appointed Director of the Russian Coal Industry Department.
Pyotr Bobylev graduated from the Faculty of Thermal Power Engineering of the Ural State Technical University – Ural Polytechnic Institute (UGTU-UPI) with a degree in "Thermal Power Plants" and the Faculty of Engineering and Economics of USTU-UPI with a degree in Economics and Enterprise Management. Previously, he served as Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation, before that he headed the Competition Department, Ecology and Energy Efficiency Ministry of Economic Development of Russia. Since 2010, he worked for 10 years in various positions in the Ministry of Energy of Russia, before that he worked at CJSC IES; and OAO OGK-4, Surgutskaya GRES-2.
