Sergey Mochalnikov replaced Petr Bobylev at the Russian Ministry of Energy

Sergey Mochalnikov has been appointed Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation. Previously, this position was held by Petr Bobylev, who moved to the position of Director of the Department of the Coal Industry of the Ministry of Energy of Russia.
Mochalnikov Sergey Viktorovich was born on June 3, 1975 in the village of Neftegorsk, Samara Region.
Sergey Mochalnikov was born on June 3, 1975 in Neftegorsk, Samara region. In 1999 he graduated from the Samara State Technical University with a degree in development and operation of oil and gas fields. In 2004, he graduated from the International Academy of Marketing and Management with a degree in global economics.

April 2022 was appointed Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation. Supervises the Department of the Coal Industry and the Department of International Cooperation in the Ministry of Energy of Russia.
Sergey Mochalnikov is married and has three children.
