How the Ministry of Industry and Trade implemented AIS "Import Substitution"

It was declared that an automated system for monitoring the state of the market for machine-building equipment, technical devices, components and software for technological processes of Russian fuel and energy companies subject to import substitution. The system is being implemented in order to provide information and analytical support for the adoption of managerial decisions in the implementation of the import substitution policy in the sectors of the fuel and energy complex. (AIS «Import substitution») – this is a holistic information and analytical system for monitoring and information support of import substitution in the fuel and energy complex, combining information flows about the needs of organizations in the fuel and energy complex and the possibilities of manufacturing high-tech civilian products in Russia. was developed as part of the implementation of the action plan to reduce the dependence of the Russian fuel and energy complex on imports of equipment, services of foreign companies, as well as to develop the oil and gas complex of the Russian Federation (Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated November 3, 2014 No. 2195-r) (link to the document ) and a plan to promote import substitution in industry (Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 30, 2014 No. 1936-r)"
The following tasks of the AIS "Import substitution" were declared: :
• providing organizations of the Russian fuel and energy complex with operational, reliable and timely information on the development and production of domestic import-substituting products;< br /> providing Russian industrial enterprises with prompt, reliable and timely information about the needs of Russian fuel and energy complex organizations in domestic import-substituting products;
• providing federal executive authorities with operational, reliable and timely information about the capabilities of universities, research institutes and industrial enterprises of Russia in the development and production of import-substituting products to meet the needs of the fuel and energy complex;
• monitoring the implementation of sectoral action plans for import substitution;
• monitoring the implementation of corporate import substitution programs in fuel and energy companies;
• providing information on the performance characteristics of certain types of domestic engineering products.
