PJSC «NOVATEK» published the list of candidates for the Board of Directors. Instead of Gennady Timchenko, who was included in the list of the European Union, Irina Gaida from the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo was delegated to the board of directors. From the same school, Tatyana Mitrova, who is also a member of the Schlumberger board of directors, previously joined the board of directors. Experts note the great demand for representatives of the Skolkovo school in the leadership of large energy companies and do not rule out that another school representative may take a place on the board of directors next time.
