The government approved a decree on the postponement of the fulfillment of obligations on subsidies for industrialists

Russian industrial companies and individual entrepreneurs affected by the imposition of sanctions will be able to receive a deferral of the fulfillment of a number of obligations under subsidized projects. This will reduce the load on the production cycle and maintain its stability. Such a resolution was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
The decision concerns agreements, the deadlines for fulfilling obligations under which expire after February 23, 2022. Now the deadline for achieving results under such agreements is extended to 12 months. Organizations will not have to return the subsidy or pay a fine.
The measure applies to enterprises that receiving state support under the state programs "Development of industry and increasing its competitiveness", "Development of the aviation industry", "Development of the electronic and radio-electronic industry", "Development of shipbuilding and equipment for the development of offshore fields", "Development of pharmaceutical and medical industryВ» and "Scientific and technological development of the Russian Federation".

The Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation in relation to agreements on the provision of subsidies concluded within the framework of the implementation of state programs of the Russian
Federation "Development of industry and increasing its competitiveness", "Development of the aviation industry", "Development of the electronic and radio-electronic industry", "Development
shipbuilding and equipment for the development of offshore fields", "Development of the pharmaceutical and medical industry" and " Scientific and technological development of the Russian Federation" before the date of entry into force of this resolution, the deadlines for the fulfillment of obligations for which end after February 23, 2022, if it is impossible to achieve in 2022 the values ​​​​of the results of the provision of subsidies, the indicators necessary to achieve the results of the provision of subsidies, and (or) other performance indicators, established by the relevant procedures (rules) for the provision of subsidies, within the time limits stipulated in the agreements (contracts) and (or) procedures (rules) for the provision of subsidies, for independent of Russian organizations and individual entrepreneurs, most affected by the introduction of restrictive measures by foreign states (hereinafter - the organization - the recipient of the subsidy),
