Caterpillar has suspended the work of its plants in Russia

American company Caterpillar issued a statement regarding the suspension of its plants in Russia: "Activities in Russia are becoming more complex, including disruptions in supply chains and sanctions, and we are suspending work at our Russian production facilities."
Caterpillar — a world leader in construction and mining equipment, natural gas and diesel engines, industrial turbines and diesel-electric locomotives. The Caterpillar plant in Russia is located in Tosno and has been operating since 2000. It assembles two models of excavators and mining dump trucks, as well as the production of various components and equipment, which was then sent to Europe. In addition, the plant has a branch in Novosibirsk, where bodies for dump trucks are created, which are then transported to Tosno for assembly of vehicles.
