Rostekhnadzor about repeated violations in JSC "Tatoilgaz"

The Volga Department of the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision (Rostekhnadzor) conducted an unscheduled inspection of the execution of a previously issued order to eliminate identified violations during the operation of hazardous production facilities of Tatoilgaz JSC.< /p>
During the verification activities, it was found that the previously identified violations were not eliminated:
- the completeness and reliability of the information was not ensured submitted for registration of HPO;
- the operation of objects is carried out with violations of the decisions provided for by the project documentation;
- technical devices at HIFs are operated in the absence of project documentation.
Based on the results of the check, an act was drawn up, a new prescription was issued indicating the deadlines for eliminating violations.
A warning has been sent to the legal entity to prevent violations of mandatory requirements for other HIFs operated by Tatoylgaz JSC.
