The Russian authorities are considering the possibility of abolishing criminal and administrative liability for the use of unlicensed software, Kommersant learned. It is assumed that the measure will apply to program developers from countries that supported the sanctions.
The proposal is contained in the Priority Action Plan to ensure the development of the Russian economy in the face of external sanctions pressure. Source "Kommersant" said that many departments participated in the development, the implementation of some measures has already begun.
