Sheriff Shohdi will lead Russia's Schlumberger

From January 2022 to Acting President of Schlumberger in Russia and Central Asia, Sheriff Shohdi took over
Prior to his new appointment, he served as President of the artificial lift division of Schlumberger around the world.

Sheriff Shohdi started his career at Schlumberger as a geophysicist in 1998 and thereafter held various positions in oilfield operations, personnel management, and management positions in North America, the UK, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and France. Subsequently, Sheriff's international career has developed in such global positions as: Vice President and Managing Director.

Sheriff Shohdi has degrees in physics and electronics from the American University in Cairo and in Strategic Marketing at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Sheriff Shohdi has received numerous awards throughout his career with the company, including a Special Schlumberger Award; for engineering innovation in artificial intelligence.
