Gazprombank improves banking support for contracts

Gazprombank has launched an electronic service "Personal Account for Banking Contract Support", available to all users of this service.
LK BSK – this is a single digital space created for the interaction of all key participants in the banking support process. Thanks to the innovation, the service customer will be able to quickly make adjustments to the project support parameters remotely without visiting the Bank.
The functionality of the new service fully meets all the needs and interests of customers, allowing to optimize the exchange of information by transferring the banking support process completely to electronic document management. In the Personal Account, you can conclude a banking support agreement using an electronic signature, apply for contract support, remotely change the banking support parameters (for example, the list of allowed and prohibited operations, the register of counterparties involved in the execution of the project, etc.), consider disputed payments, as well as notify the Bank of the possibility of completing control over the project as a whole or in relation to individual contractors.
The service is integrated with other systems of the Bank, which makes it possible to receive services in the "one windows". Besides, integration with a number of leading electronic platforms of the country, where procurement procedures are carried out, was carried out. When LK BSK was launched, it was possible to use it by other credit institutions in the course of interbank support of contracts. The interface, designed in accordance with the best UX / UI practices, provides the user with maximum comfort when using. a big step in the development of banking support services, which will make this tool even more high-tech, convenient and in demand. LK BSK will combine all data on contracts for banking support. At the same time, "fine settings" during the banking support of contracts it will be possible to make, using an electronic application form, without concluding additional agreements on paper, which is especially important in situations where dozens, and sometimes hundreds of performers, are simultaneously affected by changes in the parameters of the project's banking support, – noted Executive Vice President – Oleg Melnikov, Head of the Contract Banking Department.
