LLC "Gusar New Technologies", a subsidiary of LLC "Gusar", fulfilled the contract for the provision of services for the construction of a prospecting and appraisal well in the internal sea waters of the Kara Sea of ​​the Russian Federation. The list of services includes the provision of wellhead piping equipment, its installation, dismantling and maintenance.
When performing service work, a monoblock casing head with friction-adaptive wellhead sealing technology was used during drilling and construction of offshore wells. This technology provides a reliable metal-to-metal seal. and reduces the time necessary for the installation of equipment.
As part of the execution of the Agreement, Gusar New Technologies LLC; at the production facilities of Gusar LLC carried out repair and restoration work, which included: visual and measuring control of equipment, replacement of components, restoration of sealing surfaces on casing hangers, production of sealing units, pressure testing of casing heads at full working pressure.
After completion of work, the equipment was dismantled from a floating drilling rig and delivered for restoration and conservation to the production site of Gusar LLC.
