Glavgosexpertiza of Russia sent a draft list of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs to the personal accounts of the executive authorities of the Russian Federation in the FSIS CA for data verification, which is carried out annually.
In accordance with paragraph 10 of the Rules for Monitoring the Prices of Construction Resources, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 23, 2016 No. 1452 "On Monitoring the Prices of Construction Resources", the list of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs providing information is updated annually, necessary for the formation of estimated prices of building resources and the calculation of indices of changes in the estimated cost of construction.

This week, a draft list of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs providing information to the FSIS CA was sent to the personal accounts of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation for its verification by the regions by December 8, 2021 and further placement in the system until the end of this year, in accordance with paragraph 11 Monitoring Rules.
Also in the Knowledge Base FSIS CA has posted updated video instructions for working in the personal accounts of the executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and the personal accounts of manufacturers, importers and carriers of building resources.
We remind you that for signing electronic documents FSIS CA has already implemented the possibility for users to use an alternative means of cryptographic information protection "CryptoPro". To provide technical support services for users of the FSIS CA in terms of providing advice on issues that arise in the process of connecting and working using cryptographic information protection tools (CIPF), all users of legal entities included in the List can register in a specialized "User's Personal Account SKZI» on the website www.skzi.infosec.ru.
