The Union of Estimators has started publishing prices for basic building materials

Following TEK-Rating, the Union of Estimators started publishing base prices. An authoritative organization among builders is considering the possibility of determining and monthly publication as an official reference document of reference prices for basic building materials, products and structures for the purpose of expert evaluation, comparative analysis, justification and verification of market price analysis in determining the estimated cost of construction, determining the initial (maximum) the price of the contract, as well as during various examinations.
In contrast to the monthly All-Russian Collection of Estimated Prices (STS) issued by the Union, reference prices will be given according to a reduced (several dozen positions) nomenclature of the most demanded pricing resources – rolled metal, cement, brick, commercial mortar and concrete, asphalt concrete, bitumen, etc. and have document status. *** by Pavel Gorlashkin, head of the Union of Quantitative Engineers.
Experts note that that indicative prices may begin to be published by industry associations, in particular, associations of manufacturers of pumps, compressors, fittings.

Price indicators for products for the oil and gas complex
Agency "TEK-Rating" based on surveys of oil and gas complex enterprises, it forms price indicators for the main types of industrial products. Prices are updated monthly and depending on the market situation.
The Agency adheres to the following principles in selecting positions for the formation of indicative prices: regularly and in series.
- Prices are indicated for the most popular (basic) sizes.
- Other prices for other sizes can be obtained by extrapolation.

Pipes — the main type of product regularly purchased by oil and gas companies and occupying a significant share in their total purchases. Agency "TEK-Rating" successfully conducted a direct survey of oil and gas companies and formed a Rating of pipe manufacturers. Based on the experience of preparing the rating, the publication of indicative prices began with pipe products.
