JSC "Sumy machine-building NPO - Engineering" changes its owner

Registered in Cyprus Inter Growth Investments Limited in the process of additional issue of shares of Sumy Engineering NPO JSC – Engineering" acquired 79.012% of the authorized capital of the company. The corresponding notice "Sumy MNPO-Engineering" received from Inter Growth Investments on October 5, 2021.
On March 22, 2021, the shareholders of "SMNPO-Engineering" decided to increase the authorized capital by 8.7 times through a private placement of shares of the additional issue. At the same time, the shareholders determined that the participant in the placement of shares is the shareholder of Inter Grows Investment Limited. (Inter Growth Investments Limited).
JSC "Ukrkhimproekt" as of the second quarter of 2021, Inter Growth owned 75.4676% of the shares, another 6.3911% was owned by Ukrainian citizen Alexander Kiselev. Meanwhile, as reported, "Ukrhimproekt" changed the name to "SMNPO-Engineering" back at the end of 2019. At the beginning of this year, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine noted that control over Inter Growth Investments belongs to a Russian citizen (Vladimir Lukyanenko Jr. – IF). In turn, in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs, the ultimate beneficiary of 75.47% of the shares of JSC "SMNPO-Engineering" Vladimir Lukyanenko Sr. is currently listed – general director of the enterprise.
