Rostekhnadzor discussed the safety of oil pipelines

Chaired by the Secretary of State – Alexander Demin, Deputy Head of Rostekhnadzor, held a meeting of the section on the safety of oil and gas facilities of the Scientific and Technical Council (NTS) of the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision. Theme of the meeting: "Ensuring industrial safety requirements at hazardous production facilities of the main pipeline transport."

The key topics of discussion were issues related to the development of the law "On offshore oil and gas facilities", as well as a roadmap of other bills for the formation of a sectoral structure of regulatory regulation .

There was also discussion of draft changes to В« Guidance on the safety of flare systems and the organization of work on surveying support at oil fields using innovative technologiesВ».

During the meeting, proposals were received to amend the Federal Norms and Rules in the field of industrial safety: "Safety Rules in the Oil and Gas Industry", "Requirements for Welding at Hazardous Production Facilities", "Safety Rules for Oil and Oil Products Depots".
