The Association of Drilling Contractors has taken up permits for foreign PBU

The Association of Drilling Contractors (ABP) was established in 1992 by the drilling companies of the former Ministry of Oil Industry of the USSR to protect their interests in the market. The non-profit structure, created in the form of an association, was designed to coordinate the activities of members in the field of effective implementation of drilling operations, to represent and protect the interests of its members at the national and international levels on property, general economic, operational, technical and legal problems. Subsequently, the association included more machine-building enterprises, which expected to enter new markets and protect their interests.
