PJSC NK Rosneft will pay dividends of 191 billion rubles

On September 30, 2021, an extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PJSC NK Rosneft was held in the form of absentee voting, in which the owners of 93% of the Company's shares took part.
The shareholders decided to pay dividends based on the results of the 1st half of 2021 in the amount of 18 rubles. 03 kop. per one placed share of the Company. This will make it possible to allocate 50% of the consolidated IFRS net profit attributable to the shareholders of PJSC NK Rosneft to dividends. Thus, according to the results of the 1st half of the year, the Company will allocate funds in the amount of 191 billion rubles for the payment of dividends.
The date for closing the register for the payment of dividends is October 11, 2021. Dividends will be paid to nominee shareholders and trustees – no later than October 25, 2021, other holders of shares registered in the register of shareholders – no later than November 17, 2021.
