September 1, 2021 Yuri Lyubimov started working at PJSC RusHydro as a member of the Management Board, First Deputy General Director. His authority includes organizing the work of the legal management unit and property relations of the company.
Yury Sergeevich Lyubimov was born in 1977 in Leningrad. Graduated with honors from St. Petersburg State University with a degree in jurisprudence, as well as the DEA program of the University of Nancy (France). In 2005-2008 served as Advisor to the Minister of Economic Development and Trade, in 2008 – First Deputy Head of Rosreestr, since 2009 – Deputy Minister of Justice, 2012-2019 – Secretary of State – Deputy Minister of Justice, in 2019-2020 – Deputy Head of the Government Staff, from March 2020 to August 2021 – First Deputy Minister of Justice. Acting State Councilor of Justice of the Russian Federation, 1st class.
