On September 2, the Samara branch of Glavgosexpertiza of Russia will hold an online seminar for specialists in the field of pricing, applicants, customers and developers on the conduct of state expertise in terms of verifying the reliability of determining the estimated cost of construction, reconstruction and overhaul of capital construction facilities, as well as changes in legislation related to the rising cost of building resources.
Workshop participants will become familiar with the current requirements for documentation, provided for the state examination in terms of verifying the reliability of determining the estimated cost, as well as with the fundamental changes that have recently been made to regulatory legal acts regulating the issues of improving construction pricing and estimated rationing. The main points of the pricing reform in the construction industry will be analyzed and options for solving the problems that arise during the verification of the accuracy of determining the estimated cost of construction will be proposed. .2021 No. 1315, students will learn about the features of the state examination of objects for which it is allowed to change the essential terms of the contract due to an increase in prices for construction resources.
