In Russia, work has begun on the creation of a new state program of scientific and technological development. Its cost will be more than 1 trillion rubles, the program will combine budget funding for various areas related to science. The amount can be increased through new initiatives for the socio-economic development of the Russian Federation, which have been prepared by the government. At the same time, Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko believes that only the injection of funds will not ensure leadership in science and it is necessary to improve the quality of management of scientific projects, including through the digitalization of the industry.
