During the online seminar of the Omsk branch of the Glavgosexpertiza of Russia on August 31, they will discuss how to ensure the safety of facilities for the development of hydrocarbon deposits, trunk and field pipelines, including the development of technological solutions, civil defense, fire and industrial safety.
The seminar will consider the main errors and violations of established requirements that are systematically allowed in the design of capital construction projects and, if implemented, can lead to the risk of accidents, death of people, and significant material damage. Having worked through problematic issues with experts in advance, designers, chief project engineers, Developers and technical customers will be able to avoid in the future the need to adjust already made design decisions, which often takes a significant amount of time and negatively affects investment and construction plans.
Chief project expert of the department of the Omsk branch, Yulia Kotova will discuss with the audience the topical issues that arise when considering technical solutions for the arrangement of well pads, and the chief project expert of the department Olga Kudryavenko – field and trunk pipeline issues.
Dmitry Amelchenko, Head of the Department of Specialized Expertise, in his report will touch upon aspects of ensuring fire safety in the design documentation for field development facilities and main pipelines. Chief specialist of the department Yevgeny Bychkovsky will consider the procedure for developing engineering and technical measures for civil defense and emergency situations, and chief specialist Yuri Akhmedyanov, in turn, will talk about taking into account industrial safety requirements when preparing design documentation for the relevant facilities.
The seminar will end with a round table, where participants will be able to ask the experts additional questions. In addition to the announced speakers, Dmitry Sinitsin, Deputy Head of the Omsk branch of the Glavgosexpertiza of Russia, will take part in the discussion.
