Rostekhnadzor checked Samaraneftegaz PJSC

The commission of the central office of the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision, together with representatives of the Middle Volga and West Ural departments of Rostechnadzor, from June 29 to August 4, 2021, conducted a scheduled on-site inspection of JSC Samaraneftegaz.
The purpose of the verification is the compliance of the legal entity with the mandatory requirements in the field of industrial safety, as well as compliance with the mandatory requirements of the buildings, premises, structures, technical devices, equipment used, materials and ongoing technological processes during the operation of 4 hazardous production facilities.
During the inspection activities, 88 violations of industrial safety requirements were identified.
Based on the results of the audit, acts were drawn up, orders were issued to eliminate violations.
Legal entity and officials of Samaraneftegaz JSC brought to administrative responsibility for hours. 1 Article. 9.1 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
