The development of intelligent accounting systems is provided for by Law No. 522-FZ, the key provisions of which came into force a little over a year ago:
From July 1, 2020, the installation of – the zone of responsibility of grid companies and guaranteeing suppliers, not the consumer.
From January 1, 2022, power engineers must install only "smart" metering devices.
Now in the area of ​​responsibility of the Rosseti Group; devices with remote data collection cover 23.8% of points of commercial accounting. In 2021 Rosseti plan to install 1.1 million ISPs, by 2030 - to introduce 18.1 million "smart" devices.
Positive effects:
For customers: accurate information about energy consumption, management of its volumes and cost, increasing the quality and reliability of energy supply.
For power engineers: an opportunity to reduce losses and operating costs, improve payment discipline, and increase labor productivity.
Rosseti began work in advance of the entry into force of 522-FZ, established relationships with suppliers. In their projects, the companies of the Group use metering devices that are manufactured in Russia on the basis of the domestic element base.
