Andrey Yuryevich Badalov was born in 1962 in the city of Krasnodar. Graduated from the Moscow Experimental School No. 710 of the USSR Academy of Sciences. In 1985 he graduated with honors from the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute (MEPhI) with a degree in Mathematical Engineering, and in 2008. - advanced training courses at the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
