The selection of projects with the installation of localized gas turbines of medium and large capacity was excluded from the main competition of the program for the modernization of old thermal power plants due to the high cost of facilities. The quota was 1.6 GW. Two turbines with a capacity of 65 & ndash; 80 MW, three — with a capacity of 100 & ndash; 130 MW and four — 150–190 MW.
