A new gas cleaning unit will be built at the Otradnensky GPP of Rosneft

Glavgosexpertiza of Russia reviewed the results of engineering surveys carried out for the preparation of project documentation for the construction of a gas cleaning equipment unit at the Otradnensky gas processing plant. Based on the results of the consideration, a positive conclusion was issued.
The Otradnensky gas processing plant is one of the key assets of Rosneft; in the Samara region, which, along with the Neftegorsk gas processing plant, processes associated petroleum gas supplied from the fields of Samaraneftegaz JSC, and a technological hydrocarbon mixture coming from the production fields of Orenburgneft PJSC raquo;.
Engineering surveys, the results of which were studied by Glavgosexpertiza experts, were carried out to develop design documentation for the construction of a block of process units designed for adsorption drying, gas and gas condensate purification from sulfur compounds.
In the process of engineering and geological survey, a complex of field, laboratory and office work was carried out, including the creation of a digital terrain model, a survey of the territory for the presence of engineering communications, satellite topographic survey of the facility, as well as chemical analysis of soils and groundwater, and a number of other studies. Hydrological conditions are presented according to the nearest posts of the Privolzhsky department of Roshydromet.
Having considered the submitted reports, the experts came to the conclusion that that the results of engineering surveys carried out for the preparation of design documentation for the facility "Adsorption Drying and Gas and Gas Condensate Desulfation Unit" comply with the requirements of technical regulations.
