Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) — The Russian Metallurgical Company, the largest Russian pipe manufacturer, is one of the top three leaders in the global pipe business. TMK headquarters — in Moscow. In March 2021, TMK entered into a deal to acquire an 86.54% stake in PJSC Chelyabinsk Pipe Rolling Plant. from its main shareholder Andrey Komarov. The deal amounted to 84.199 billion rubles.
TMK's important product range is oil country tubular goods (OCTG), which includes drilling, casing and tubing used in drilling, equipment and operation of wells in oil and gas production.
