Decisions adopted at the Government meeting on April 13, 2021:
1. On the General Scheme for the Development of the Oil Industry of the Russian Federation for the Period up to 2035
The purpose of developing the General Scheme is to determine economically viable directions for the development of the oil industry. The scheme specifies the target vision of the long-term development of the oil industry of the Russian Federation, which is laid down in the Energy Strategy for the period up to 2035, approved by Government Decree No. 1523-r dated June 9, 2020.
Government Decision:
Approve the draft General Scheme for the Development of the Oil Industry of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2035.
2. On the General Scheme for the Development of the Gas Industry of the Russian Federation for the Period up to 2035
existing and prospective consumers, fulfillment of obligations under intergovernmental agreements and concluded contracts for the supply of natural gas, as well as the implementation of measures to expand new cost-effective gas supplies to the external market. The scheme specifies the target vision of the long-term development of the gas industry of the Russian Federation, laid down in the Energy Strategy for the period up to 2035, approved by order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated June 9, 2020 No. 1523-r.
Government Decision:
Approve the draft General Scheme for the Development of the Gas Industry of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2035.
