Konov Dmitry Vladimirovich was born in Moscow in 1970. Since 2006, he has been the head of SIBUR, since 2018 he has held the position of Chairman of the Board of PJSC SIBUR Holding.
In 1994, he graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations with a degree in ;international economic relations", and in 2001 received an MBA from IMD (International Institute for Development and Management).
as well as the distinction "For Services to the Tyumen Region".
Outside of work, Dmitry takes an active part in academic, sports and social life. He is fond of basketball and is the founder of the intracorporate basketball league at SIBUR. Dmitry is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Tyumen State University, as well as a member of the Board of Trustees of MGIMO, the RFB, the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg State University and the Russian State University of Oil and Gas (NRU) named after I.M. Gubkin.
