Almetyevsk enterprise of Rimera Group of Companies (part of the ChelPipe Group), one of Russia's largest enterprises producing submersible equipment for oil production, has developed and put into production an electric centrifugal pump 3-250 (ETsN 3-250).
New equipment manufactured by the Alnas plant; developed in accordance with the unified technical requirements of the leaders of the Russian oil and gas industry. The pump 3-250 of the compression scheme of the assembly is operated as part of a high-speed unit of size 3 and is used in sidetracks and workover wells with technical limitations. The minimum inner diameter of the casing string – 100 mm.
ESP 3-250 is equipped with a valve-type electric motor with a shaft speed of up to 6,000 rpm, while the pump flow can vary from 160 to 250 cubic meters per day, which expands the functionality of the equipment during operation wells.

In the design of electric centrifugal pumps 3-250 of the plant "Alnas" the latest technical solutions were used, which allow to reduce the cost of oil production by increasing the resource and efficiency of the unit, – commented the director of the Research and Development Center of the Rimera Group of Companies Anton Ilyin. & ndash; "Alnas" will continue to develop new equipment in accordance with the current needs of customers: complete units of size 2A, permanent magnet motors and pumps with high efficiency.
In 2020, Alnas will put into mass production new models of submersible motors with increased supply voltage in sizes 103 and 117, as well as an electric centrifugal pump in size 5 with compression-dispersive stages.
