Pavel Sorokin, Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation, spoke on behalf of the Russian Ministry of Energy at the plenary session.
Speaking with a report, he noted that today the fuel and energy complex (FEC) is one of the largest customers for the Russian industry.
"In the last couple of years alone, companies in the fuel and energy complex and related industries have implemented more than a hundred projects for the production of industrial products and equipment demanded by the fuel and energy sector» ;, – explained the Deputy Head of the Ministry of Energy of Russia.
One of the promising areas for the further transition of the Russian energy sector to the use of domestic high-tech products is the expansion of cooperation with enterprises of the military-industrial complex (DIC). Already today, there is experience of successful interaction between defense industry enterprises and fuel and energy companies, including in terms of power engineering, the electronics industry, the creation of equipment for hydraulic fracturing, underwater production, etc.
In order to further attract the potential of the defense industry for import substitution and technological development of the fuel and energy complex, it is necessary to have operational information interaction between the organizations of the fuel and energy complex and enterprises of the defense industry. One of the stages of organizing such interaction is the formation on the basis of the Competence Center for Technological Development laquo;Russian Energy Agency» Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation of a consolidated list of information on the prospective needs of energy companies in products that have no analogues in Russia.
The availability of this kind of information from defense industry enterprises will allow them to form long-term plans for the development organizing the production of import-substituting Russian civilian products to replace the most critical types of imported products used at fuel and energy facilities.
Tatneft» and PJSC "Surgutneftegaz", which resulted in signed cooperation agreements. This year we plan to expand this practice already on the basis of PJSC Transneft companies. and PJSC RusHydro. In addition, successful solutions have been created – new pressure sensors and alarms, which will be supplied from 2021, samples of non-magnetic steel used in the construction of high-tech horizontal wells, samples of aluminum oxide compounds. All these technologies will be in high demand in geological exploration, production, including "difficult" oil. At the same time, I note that this is possible only through cooperation between companies, without the participation of state subsidies and preferences, – reported by Pavel Sorokin.
At the end of his speech, the Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation emphasized that mutually beneficial intersectoral cooperation between the fuel and energy complex and the defense industry will meet the needs of fuel and energy companies in domestic competitive products and technologies and will have a multiplicative effect on the development of related industries. As a result, such cooperation will have an impact on the achievement of the national goals and objectives set by the President of Russia, including the accelerated technological development of the Russian Federation.
