Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Standardization (Rosstandart) Sergey Golubev signed order 294 at the request of Exxon Neftegaz Limited, according to which he reissued the type approval certificate for the natural gas measuring complex. By order of S.S. Golubev instructed the Office of State Supervision and Control (A.M. Kuzmin), FSUE "VNIIMS" (A.Yu. Kuzin) to ensure, in accordance with the Administrative Regulations, the issuance of a certificate describing the type of measuring instrument and its issuance to the applicant.
