Ufa Oil University develops cooperation with industrial enterprises

On June 24, a delegation of Blagoveshchensky Valve Plant JSC visited the Ufa State Oil Technical University. This is one of the largest plants in Russia for the production of pipeline fittings, where more than two thousand employees work. Since 2013, it has been part of the United Metallurgical Company (AO OMK). The delegation was received by the rector of USPTU Oleg Baulin. The meeting was also attended by Vice-Rector for Educational and Methodological Work Alexander Moguchev, Head of the Foreign Relations Department Salavat Khasanov, Head of the International Relations Department Nail Chanyshev, Rector's Assistant Ruslan Mazitov. During the meeting, Oleg Baulin introduced the guests to the educational base of the university, in particular, to the Department of Equipment and Technologies of Welding and Control. The parties discussed targeted training and retraining of specialists for JSC "Blagoveshchensky Valve Plant", as well as the internship of students on the basis of an industrial enterprise.
