Irkutsk Oil Company connected its fields with ESPO

Irkutsk Oil Company LLC (INC) has completed construction of the expansion of the oil transportation system from the oil treatment unit of the Yarakta oil and gas condensate field (YANGKM) to the oil pumping station (OPS) No. 7 of the Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean pipeline system; (ESPO).
As part of the project, the supply pipeline was reconnected from the acceptance point (PSP) "Markovskoye" OOO "INK" to the newly constructed chamber for receiving cleaning and diagnostic means at PS No. 7 of Transneft Vostok LLC. On June 15, 2020, Rostekhnadzor issued a conclusion on the compliance of the constructed capital construction facility.
The Irkutsk Oil Company started pumping oil into the ESPO in early 2011. Hydrocarbon raw materials from the fields of the INK group of companies are supplied through a network of interfield oil pipelines to oil treatment units located at the Yarakta and Ichedinskoye fields of the company. Then the prepared oil is transported to the PSP "Markovskoye" in the Ust-Kutsky district of the Irkutsk region – points of connection to PS No. 7 ESPO.

The enterprise carries out geological study, exploration and development of 50 subsoil plots in the Irkutsk Region, the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and the Krasnoyarsk Territory. INK is the largest taxpayer in the region, head office is located in Irkutsk. Taxes and company payments to the consolidated budget of the Irkutsk region since 2011 amounted to 84 billion rubles.
