Education

From 1986 to 1987. studied at the Moscow Mining Institute.

In 1994 Graduated from the Academy of the Federal Grid Company of the Russian Federation with a degree in Jurisprudence.

In 2002, he graduated from the Russian Academy of Economics named after G.V. Plekhanov with a degree in Economics.

Professional experience

In the period from 1994 to 1997. occupied various senior positions in Bank Menatep.

From 1997 to 2005. – senior positions in OAO Oil Company Yukos, OOO Yukos, CJSC Yukos Refining and Marketing, incl. position of Vice-President of Yukos LLC Moscow.

In 1999 – held management positions at Schlumberger.

From 2007 to 2008. & ndash; member of the Board of Directors of the FESCO transport group.

From 2008 to 2016. – Head of Department, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Sberbank.

From 2016 to 2018. – Chairman of Vnesheconombank.

From 2018 to 2019 – Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

Since April 2019 – General Director - Chairman of the Board of the Joint-Stock Company "Rosgeologiya".

Awards and titles

Awarded with the Medal of the Order "For Services to the Fatherland" II degree, Diploma of the Government of the Russian Federation.
