Gazprombank Leasing offers preferential leasing of commercial and natural gas vehicles on updated terms

Gazprombank Leasing offers its clients to take advantage of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade's subsidizing programs for reimbursement of discounts on preferential leasing. Clients can issue commercial vehicles, trucks and gas-powered vehicles on preferential terms with savings of up to 3.4 million rubles, depending on the type of equipment. In total for 2020 in the budget of the Russian Federation for the implementation of the program "Avtoprom" 8 billion rubles are provided for the program of subsidizing equipment running on natural gas motor fuel – 3.3 billion rubles.

As part of the state program "Avtoprom" Clients of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation can lease vehicles manufactured in 2020 and whose production is located on the territory of the Russian Federation. The leasing company provides financing for a period of 12 months and a discount on the advance payment up to 12.5% ​​of the cost of transport, but not more than 625 thousand rubles per piece of equipment. According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, under the state program "Avtoprom" leasing companies have already provided discounts to customers in the amount of 1.5 billion rubles, which is more than 18% of the annual limit.

As part of the state program of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation to subsidize equipment on gas motor fuel, customers can purchase vehicles at a reduced cost from the following automakers: GAZ, LiAZ, PAZ, KAVZ, URAL, KAMAZ, NEFAZ and AvtoVAZ. In this case, the subsidy is received by the manufacturer in the amount of 105 thousand rubles to 3.4 million rubles, depending on the type of equipment that was produced not earlier than 2019, complies with Euro-5 class and above. Equipment manufactured after 07/01/2020 must have an electronic PTS. The manufacturer is obliged to sell gas-engine equipment only through dealer networks and at a reduced cost. Gazprombank Leasing acts as a conductor between the client and the dealer (car manufacturer) for the implementation of preferential leasing transactions.
